This combined building and timber pest inspection is a visual inspection of a property and is highly recommended prior to finalising your property purchase.

Your building and timber pest inspection is conducted by a licenced and fully insured building & timber pest inspector and is in compliance with AS4349.1 & AS 4349.3

Your inspector Dave will provide a non-invasive, visually inspection of all accessible areas of the property, provide a moisture meter check of the wet areas and also a thermal camera check of the internal ceilings and areas of concern to the property.

This inspection is provided as per a building inspection and also includes a timber pest inspection. The timber pest inspection is intended to provide advice to a prospective purchaser or other interested party regarding the condition of the property in relation to the activity of timber pests. This inspection will comprise of a non-invasive, visual inspection of accessible areas to the property and provide a report on the condition of the property in relation to timber pest activity and conditions conducive to timber pests that are found at the time of the inspection.
