Commencing his career as a carpenter in 1984 constructing new homes and extensions through multiple facets of construction for over 10 years before progressing his career through building supervision, construction management and as a low-rise building contractor providing new home construction and large home extensions. After years of providing his building skills and expertise, Dave realised that there was a need in our industry for good, reliable and experienced building inspectors and Dave also knew that his extensive industry experience and ability to provide common sense solutions to construction issues could be a huge benefit to home buyers and vendors.

Your pest management technician Steve has over 10 years of experience in the building industry. Commencing his career as a trainee carpenter in both new construction, extensions, and renovations. Steve had also noticed a need for preventing extensive pest damage to homes and decided to change his focus to termite management & pest control. Having previous home construction experience has provided Steve with a great understanding of where and how timber pest infestation can occur and the steps required to reduce the conditions that attract termites to your home, along with practical solutions to provide suitable cost effective treatment barriers for your home.

Your building manager Chris has over 10 years of experience in the building industry. Commencing his career in carpentry works for new homes, extensions and renovations for 6 years before progressing to a building supervisor roll 4 years ago in low-rise construction. Chris is well rounded in many aspects of the construction industry and is a licenced carpenter, building supervisor, licensed in class “B” asbestos removal and his low-rise builder licence application is pending. Chris is also working towards his completed residential building inspector qualifications and can certainly provide you with great advice and recommendations on your home improvements and extension requirements.
