A combined building and timber pest inspection is recommended for the pre purchase or pre sale of an established or completed residential building. This inspection report can provide you with the important information you need to make an informed decision regarding the purchase or sale of a property.

Your Building & Timber Pest Inspection is conducted to comply with AS4349.1 & AS4349.3 and includes a visual inspection of all accessible areas of the exterior and interior of a property including the subfloor, roof space and roof exterior, moisture check with a moisture meter to wet areas and a thermal check of internal areas of the home. Your inspection report will include photo’s of defects and timber pest activity or concerns noted at the time of the inspection including a description of the severity of the defects, the likely cause of the defect and practacle solutions to resolve the defect.

Your building inspector Dave holds QBCC licences for: Builder Low-Rise, Completed Residential Building Inspector, Termite Management and Pool Safety Inspector.
